For the ideal hand crafted pizza:
- Preheat stove and a heating sheet to 240C/fan 220C.
- Blend solid bread flour, salt and moment yeast together in a huge bowl. Rapidly blend in warm water and olive oil and unite to an unpleasant batter.
- Tip out the blend onto a delicately floured worksurface and massage for 5 mins until you have a smooth, springy mixture.
- Take off into slight rounds (you may need to extend it with your hands somewhat) about 25cm crosswise over and place on floured heating sheets.
- Include your preferred garnishes, (for example, tomato passata, mozzarella, vegetables or relieved meats), place the floured sheet over the preheated sheet and heat for 8-10 mins until the pizza is fresh.
